An LCD panel is matted and framed. A small photocell in the frame enables lighting conditions to control the image on screen. This is intended for a cheap LCD and CPU, but could also be formatted for tablet PC or PDA. It is also perfect for a (modified) laptop which can be completely wireless. Low power requirements make for long battery life, and no network connection is necessary. Photocell data is sent via Basic Stamp microcontroller to serial or USB port. |
